Many Blessings to you on this beautiful day that the Lord has made! Yesterday was Mother’s Day in the United States. It was a day that we celebrate and give thanks to our mothers and grandmothers who have cared for and nurtured us as only moms can.
In a Jewish household, the wife and mother is called in Hebrew akeret habayit. This means literally the “mainstay” of the home. It is the mother who largely determines the character and atmosphere of the entire home. If dad is the “head of the household”, mom is the heart.💕
In both Jewish and Christian homes, the parents (both mom and dad) are responsible for raising their children to fear and revere the Lord.
Proverbs 22:6 states “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” .
Proverbs 1:8: Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.
In Judaism, mom has been entrusted with, and is completely in charge of, the kashrut (dietary laws) of the foods and beverages that come into her kitchen and appear on the dining table. She has been given the privilege of ushering in the holy Shabbat by lighting the candles on Friday prior to sunset. Thus, she actually and symbolically brightens up her home with peace and harmony and with the light of Torah and mitzvot (commandment keeping). 🕯️It is believed that because of mom’s adherence to keeping God’s commandments that God bestows blessings of true happiness on her husband and children and the entire household.
The New Testament states that a believing wife is a blessing to a non-believing husband and also to her children because she can lead them to Christ.
1 Corinthians 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy.
With all of this in mind, the Lord Jesus Christ gave me a Word on 5/5/2022 that I have been praying over and seeking God’s Will regarding the content of the message and how to deliver it.
This is the Word I received….”We have to PREPARE MOMS for WHAT IS COMING”.🍼
Christ in me, the hope of Eternal Glory, has given me this word to share with you through His Holy Spirit. Upon hearing this Word, my mind went to the upcoming MOTHER’S DAY. Perhaps the Lord wants me to share this Mother’s Day Message around Mother’s Day (2022) in the USA, May 8, 2022.
The next thing that came into my mind is the question……”What IS coming?“. This definitely seemed like a Word of warning or caution, that mom’s (and dads for that matter) need to be WARNED so that they can PREPARE NOW.
What do we see coming? FAMINE/ECONOMIC COLLAPSE. 😲It is becoming more and more apparent that a global famine is coming and is even at our doorstep. Is it orchestrated? Yes, we think so, and in a bit we will show you why. Is God allowing it? The answer to this appears to be yes. Remember, famine is one of God’s “4 severe judgements” for COVENANT BREAKING and is used by HIM to turn hearts BACK to the LORD in REPENTANCE.
One may say….”Aren’t these “judgments” for Israel? We are in the NEW COVENANT, so they do not apply to Christians, right? Wrong. Christians who trample underfoot the Son of God can expect the same kind of treatment – but for the believer (like Israel) it is a CHASTISEMENT, not God’s WRATH. (Hebrews 10:29-29) This is why we see the same four “judgements” in Revelation 6, the 4 horses of the apocalypse. The Seals of Revelation are NOT God’s Wrath, they are His Chastisement. God’s Wrath begins with the 7th Seal and the first blast of the Trumpet in Revelation 8.
Hebrews 10:28 Anyone who has ignored the Law of Moses is put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much more severe punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?
Ezekiel 14: 12 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 13 “Son of man, if a country sins against Me by being unfaithful, and I stretch out My hand against it, destroy its supply of bread, send famine against it, and eliminate from it both human and animal life, 14 even though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job were in its midst, by their own righteousness they could only save themselves,” declares the Lord God.
Ezekiel 14:21 For this is what the Lord God says: “How much more when I send My four severe judgments against Jerusalem: sword, famine, vicious animals, and plague to eliminate human and animal life from it!
For most of us, this famine is going to be something we have never experienced in our lifetimes. There have always been famines in various places, but this one is going to be WIDESPREAD. Right now, most of us have the ability to run to the nearest Grocery store or food market, even a fast-food restaurant to feed our bellies and our families. However, this may soon change.
Although we could be mistaken….It is our belief that this upcoming famine will be the black horse of Revelation.🐎
Revelation 6: 5 When He (Jesus Christ) broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come!” I looked, and behold, a black horse🐎, and the one who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand⚖️. 6 And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not damage the oil and the wine.”
The rider of Revelation’s black horse announces a global, economic collapse⚖️. An entire day’s wage will be necessary to purchase a single loaf of bread. We are being WARNED about HYPERINFLATION and FOOD SHORTAGES/FAMINE.
Perhaps the Lord wants this warning to go out now, especially targeting MOMs because they are usually the ones slated to prepare FOOD for the FAMILY? This seems possible.

- Mothers across the country are struggling to feed their babies amid a nationwide shortage of baby formula
- In the week ending April 24, 40 to 50 percent of the top-selling baby formula products were out of stock at stores across the country (USA)
- The national out-of-stock levels jumped nine percentage points from 31 percent to 40 percent between April 3 and April 24
- That is up 11 percent from last November, with the average cost of infant formula jumping more than 18 percent over the past year
- The shortage comes amid COVID-related supply-chain issues and a national recall after a bacteria was found at a Michigan plant
- Producers say they they are now trying to ramp up production
Baby Formula Shortage Getting Worse
May 3, 2022 – Baby formula shortages are increasing across the U.S., and they are expected to continue the rest of the year.
United States-based retailers have seen 40% of the top formulas out of stock as of the week ending on April 24, CBS reported.
The current Baby Formula shortage is already affecting BABIES AND MOMS! If you are pregnant or preparing to have a child, you need to be aware of this shortage because it may get WORSE. Officials are predicting that it WILL get WORSE.
Matthew 24:19: But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!
How can you prepare for little to no baby formula if you have a baby or are expecting a baby? 🍼 If you can, we recommend nursing baby instead of using commercial formula. Mother’s milk has sustained babies for thousands of years. If not possible, then we would recommend speaking to your doctor about suitable alternatives. ‘
There are some online recipes for homemade baby formula, but many contain raw milk as a primary ingredient. We do not recommend raw milk for baby because it can contain dangerous bacteria. Again, the best idea if you are unable to nurse (breastfeed) would be to check with your doctor for a suitable alternative. 🥰
Below are two recipes for homemade baby formula. 🍼 The first recipe is a TRADITIONAL FORMULA that uses evaporated milk as it’s base ingredient. This formula was very popular in the 1950’s and 1960’s before commercial formula became available. However, the attached article makes it very clear that this formula is not recommended for LONG TERM USE because it LACKS the necessary VITAMINS for baby. Moms in the 1950’s and 60’s supplemented this formula with INFANT VITAMIN DROPS. We are also adding a second DAIRY FREE BABY FORMULA for babies with sensitive stomachs. This also was not recommended for long term use because it lacks the necessary vitamins for baby. Moms that used this recipe in the 1950’s and 60’s supplemented with INFANT VITAMIN DROPS. It would definitely be advisable to contact your doctor.
Homemade Emergency Baby Formula Recipe – WeHaveKids
“Before the days of Similac and soy-based milk products, infants would drink raw cow or goat milk. Unfortunately, raw milk frequently carried diseases that led to diarrhea, vomiting, high fevers, and compromised immune systems. In the 1920s, industrialization and new preservation processes allowed a number of foods to be sanitized of bacteria and stored for future use. Milk could now be stored for long periods of time safely without refrigeration. Evaporated milk was born.

This recipe is for traditional emergency formula (just like Grandma used to make). One standard-sized 13-ounce can of evaporated milk can make a full quart of emergency formula. The process is simple, fast, and—best of all—does not compromise your child’s health.
As Dr. Andrew J. Schuman writes in his article, “A Concise History of Infant Formula,” this is the exact recipe that was widely used in the 1950s and 1960s for infants who were not breastfed. Please remember, though, that this homemade formula is not a long-term solution since it lacks the necessary vitamins. Parents in the 50s and 60s gave their infants supplemental vitamins and iron along with this formula, as noted by Dr. Schuman.
Supplies Needed
- Clean quart container
- 13 oz. can of evaporated whole milk (reduced fat, skim, and sweetened condensed milk will not provide enough calories or nutrition)
- 18–19 oz. of water
- 2 tablespoons of white granulated sugar or 1 tablespoon of light Karo syrup
Instructions:
- Combine the above ingredients into the quart container.
- Stir until the sugar or light syrup is fully dissolved. The added sugar will help your child break down the proteins in the evaporated milk.
- After serving your child, any remaining emergency formula should be refrigerated.
- Any unused formula should be discarded after three days.

Dairy-Free Emergency Formula for Sensitive Stomachs
Unfortunately, not all infants are able to process the lactose in the cow’s milk that evaporated milk is derived from. For parents with babies who have sensitive stomachs, try this recipe as a dairy-free alternative.
Rice milk has long been used as a supplement for infants and has the added benefit of making your child feel full. It does not, however, contain all of the needed vitamins, proteins, and fats that specialized formulas provide to your child, and it should not be used as a primary source of nutrition.
Supplies Needed
- 1 cup of cooked rice (can be any type of rice, but brown rice has more nutritional value)
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of white granulated sugar
- Blender
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into the blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are completely liquefied. It will take around 5 minutes for this process to be completed using a standard blender.
- After serving your child, any unused portions should be refrigerated.
- Discard all remaining formula after two days.
A Reminder About Safety
The evaporated and rice milk emergency formulas are not LONG-TERM substitutes for commercial-grade formulas or breastmilk, as they do not include the additional vitamin supplements needed to ensure long-lasting health in your baby. If you need to use this formula for more than a few days in an emergency situation, please know that you will need to add infant vitamin drops. You should always consult your physician about your child’s dietary needs when possible.

US rail carriers, we have learned, are right now declaring force majeure and cancelling contracts on their obligations to deliver hundreds of thousands of rail cars of bulk grains to cattle and dairy operations in America. Right now, tens of thousands of dairy animals face starvation within weeks, and grain supplies will be gone in many areas in just a few days. Importantly, if dairy animals are culled because of a lack of grain, it will take many years to rebuild dairy operations to the present level.
- Say goodbye to affordable milk, cheese, yogurt and whey protein.
- Don’t forget this also affects infant formula.
This is all being done on purpose to create mass chaos and civil unrest, of course.
Bird flu outbreak nears worst ever in US with 37 million dead
A bird flu virus that’s sweeping across the U.S. is rapidly becoming the country’s worst outbreak, having already killed over 37 million chickens and turkeys and with more deaths expected through next month as farmers perform mass culls across the Midwest.
Under guidance of the federal government, farms must destroy entire commercial flocks if just one bird tests positive for the virus, to stop the spread. That’s leading to distressing scenes across rural America. In Iowa, millions of animals in vast barns are suffocated in high temperatures or with poisonous foam. The phrase “handwriting (or writing) on the wall” is used to denote a warning that a negative or otherwise disastrous event will soon occur
This post was not meant to create FEAR…but to let you know what is on the horizon so you can begin preparations for your own family. A Divine Rescue is coming; however, we do not know when (exactly) so we must prepare accordingly, both physically and spiritually. Physical famine is often accompanied by Spiritual famine (famine for the Word of the Lord).
Matthew 4:4: But He (Jesus Christ) answered and said, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’”
The Bible advocates for the preparation and stewarding of our resources to take care of our families. However, the Bible also warns against hoarding food as this may be interpreted as not trusting that God will provide for our needs.
Proverbs 22:3: A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.
Suggestions as you begin your preparations…
- PRAY, REPENT and seek the LORD! ✝️🙏The first and most important thing I would do is seek the Lord Jesus Christ for confirmation of this Word, and ask Him what to do. – Follow what Jesus tells you! As we saw in the verses above, Jesus knows how to protect HIS CHILDREN, those who LOVE JESUS and SEEK HIS WILL for their lives!
- PHYSICAL PREPARATIONS: The next thing is consider having a bit of extra food and water on hand. How much extra? This is between you and the Lord. It will depend on your current resources and availability of food and storage. What kind of food would be good to store? Food with LONG shelf lives.
- Water – especially important if you have dried foods.
- Dried beans and rice
- Canned and dried meats
- Canned liquids, like chicken and beef stock
- Flax and flour. Eggs are a very popular item right now due to their long life in refrigeration, and they’re becoming scarce in stores. But you can easily make flax eggs that replace eggs in recipes.
- One Flax Egg = 1 tbsp. Flax meal, 2 ½ tbsp. Water
- Stock up on flour and yeast at this time too. It will come in handy later for baking, which provides comforting and filling foods. If the economy does completely collapse, don’t expect stores to be re-stocked anytime soon, Instead, plan on making your own breads in the near future. To make a super simple homemade bread all you need on-hand is:
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
- 3 tablespoons sugar plus 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups bread flour
- Canned and Freeze-Dried Fruits & Vegetables, including Soup
Secondary Choices: Secondary options are items that bring enjoyment to your diet, while still providing value:
- Coffee & Tea
- Raw Honey or Glass-Bottled Real Maple Syrup
- Cereals
- Pasta
- Protein Bars
- Nut butters: Powdered or Traditional
- Oils for cooking. Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Peanut Oil have the longest shelf lives
- Oats and Oatmeal
- Cornmeal
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Spices
We suggest making some physical preparations for the upcoming famine (as you feel led by the Lord); however, do not go overboard and become a “doomsday prepper”. It would be a good idea to have a few weeks of food on hand, if you are able. This way, you may be able to help others (neighbors) as God leads you. However, we do not want to rely on ourselves because God Himself will provide for our needs. If you do decide to stock up on food and water, please make sure that you have appropriate storage containers (plastic, enclosed). We made the mistake of storing some grains in our basement, but to no avail, because MICE came in and defiled all of it. It does no good to store food and water if animals are able to penetrate and defile your food storage.
It might also be good to have some vitamins on hand. It would be prudent to have some other supplies on hand like medical kits (first aid kit), can openers, lanterns, candles, batteries, and flashlights. These would all be helpful in a “grid-down” scenario, which is certainly possible. “Iran readies for grid blackout war with US | Washington Examiner”

- Soap, hand-sanitizer
- Shampoo/conditioner
- Deodorant
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste/Dental floss
- Feminine products
- Toilet paper (We saw that this was in HIGH demand during the Covid Pandemic)
- Incontinence pads for seniors
- Medications, extra prescription meds, etc.
Baby products
- Baby Formula
- Baby Food and baby feeding products
- Diapers and wipes
You may want to add seed packets and soil to your stockpile list! Now might be a good time to start a vegetable garden, if you are able.
If you are unable to make these types of physical preparations, do not worry. Jesus Christ loves you and knows your circumstances and what you NEED. God fed the Israelites manna from Heaven while they lived for 40 years in the Desert…He can certainly feed HIS FLOCK as they seek to honor Him in everything they do.
A famine may be coming to the land, but our God still provides.
Philippians 4:19: And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Matthew 6:31: Do not worry then, saying, ‘What are we to eat?’ or ‘What are we to drink?’ or ‘What are we to wear for clothing?’ 32 For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.
There is one more thought that we want to add here. The Word I heard was “We have to warn MOMS about what is coming”. In a previous post “Rachel weeping for her children” we included the distinct and VERY REAL possibility that our MERCIFUL GOD may take ALL CHILDREN under the age of accountability (around 12-14/puberty) in the upcoming RAPTURE.
Let us repeat this. We believe that the Rapture may include ALL CHILDREN under the age of accountability, regardless of whether their parents are BELIEVERS or not. This will catch UNBELIEVING moms (and dads) completely by surprise (and shock). God is actually PROTECTING the children (innocents) by keeping them FROM the TRIBULATION, but UNBELIEVING or LUKEWARM (LEFT BEHIND) MOMS and DADS won’t understand that. They will only know that their children are MISSING. This is also why we not only wanted to prepare / warn you about the upcoming famine, but the distinct possibility that the soon coming Rapture may include ALL CHILDREN under the age of accountability.
