We live in a very confusing time, one in which some politicians claim they cannot clearly distinguish between a man and a woman. Many now fear using the “wrong pronoun”. One example is an Irish schoolteacher who was banned from his school—and now facing the possibility of life in prison—for refusing to use a transitioning student’s preferred pronoun. This growing conflict over pronouns and “gender identity” raises grave concerns for Christians about free speech and religious freedom.
How did we get here?
God created humanity with two sexes—male and female. In God’s good design, sex and gender are one and the same reality; there is no confusion in His created order. This is how humanity was made from the beginning. Yet after “The Fall” in the Garden of Eden, sin entered the world and corrupted every part of creation.
This has created a world of confusion, pain and suffering!
The History of Gender Identity Disorder
Gender dysphoria has long been classified as a severe psychological illness. Researchers historically used the term gender identity disorder (GID) to describe a perceived mismatch between a person’s God-given anatomical sex and their internal sense of gender. Since the mid-19th century, medical literature has recorded individuals who report distress over their anatomical sex and the social roles associated with it.
From Gender Identity Disorder to Transgender Identity
Today, someone who experiences gender dysphoria is generally referred to as “transgender.” Many people who struggle with gender dysphoria are offended by it being described or diagnosed as a mental illness. In our culture, the label “gender dysphoria” carries a heavy stigma. At the same time, many people have embraced the idea that gender is “fluid” and disconnected from biological sex. As a result, many have come to believe that each person can simply choose his or her own gender.
A Dramatic Shift Among Younger Adults
Recent data show that the share of U.S. adults identifying as transgender has risen from about 0.53% in 2014 to 0.89% in 2023 — a 68% increase — and that among 18–24‑year‑olds it has quintupled in under a decade.
According to the Williams Institute’s August 2025 report, over 2.8 million people aged 13+ in the U.S. identify as transgender, including 2.1 million adults (0.8% of adults) and 724,000 youth aged 13–17 (3.3%). These figures show a substantial increase, especially among younger adults.

The Bible is clear that these pagan “deities” ” were not real “gods”. There is only ONE true God – the God of the Bible. Pagan “deities” are demons or fallen angels masquerading as gods. Therefore, they should not be celebrated nor should their customs be adopted.
The SPIRITUAL ROOTS of paganism

The Bible teaches that these so‑called “mythological stories” are actually rooted in real events, and that root is far more real and destructive than most people realize. Genesis 6 describes an actual illicit union between human beings and fallen angels. In Genesis 6:1–4, fallen angels and human women had sexual relations and produced GIANT OFFSPRING that the Bible calls the Nephilim. The Nephilim possessed super‑human size and strength.
The book of Enoch refers to this as “the sin of the watchers (another name for fallen angels).” The book of Enoch is an extra-biblical text that the Bible (Jude 1:14-15) references and the Dead Sea Scrolls preserve. Although not in the canon of Scripture, many consider the book of Enoch very valuable.

When humans could no longer “sustain” the wicked hybrid NEPHILIM, the Nephilim began to DEVOUR human beings and DEFILE ANIMALS! The ancient religions worshipped them as “gods,” but they were NOT genuine “heroes,” as they are often depicted in ancient “mythology.” They were VILLAINS.
God sent a Global Flood to cleanse the earth
The Nephilim were extremely corrupt, twisted, and evil. They led humanity into deep moral corruption. God (YHWH) was so grieved in His heart over the wickedness of humanity that He sent a global flood to wipe out the Nephilim and the humans who had joined them in their evil. The book of Genesis tells us that only eight human beings survived the flood: Noah and his family.

The Bible also tells us that, somehow, the Nephilim\/giants survived the flood because Israel encountered them in the land of Canaan nearly 1000 years later.

- End of Days, a return to the “Days of Noah.” The Church falls deeply into apostasy, sparking the RETURN of PAGANISM, massive levels of sexual sin, abortion (child sacrifice), and violence. However, the Bible also tells us that in the Last Days, the Church would follow the same pattern as ancient Israel and fall deeply into apostasy (false teaching and heresy). As apostasy spreads and grows, the restraining force of good weakens. Consequently, the world once again falls into chaos, confusion, and darkness. 😈

What does Post-Christian Really Mean?
I recently read an ONLINE ARTICLE titled “The Rise of Post Christianity.” We have included a short excerpt below for you to consider. It was very disturbing because it mixed SOME truth with A LOT of OPINION. The author presents her opinions as facts and bases her conclusions on WORLDLY WISDOM, which we know is foolishness to God.
“The rise of “post-Christianity” can be attributed to several factors, including the growing influence of science and technology, the rise of individualism, and changing attitudes towards sexuality and morality. As a result, many people are now identifying as spiritual but not religious and are exploring alternative spiritual practices.” 😱
“Over the past few decades, there has been a noticeable shift in religious affiliation in the Western world, with the number of people identifying as Christian declining significantly. This decline has been particularly pronounced among younger generations, who are increasingly identifying as agnostic or atheist.”
“Another factor is the increasing acceptance of diverse lifestyles and beliefs. As society has become more accepting of things like “LGBTQ rights”, some religious groups have been slow to adapt, which has caused many people to turn away from traditional Christianity.“
“Despite the decline of traditional Christianity, many people are still searching for meaning and spirituality. This has led to the rise of alternative forms of spirituality and belief, such as New Age movements and Eastern religions.” 😱
The online article referenced above was deeply disturbing because it argues that Christianity in the West is shrinking because it has failed to change its values quickly enough to match rapid cultural shifts. It further claims that, for this reason, many people are turning to Eastern and New Age religions and concludes that Christianity has declined so much that we are now living in a post-Christian culture.
What the article above calls “Post Christian” is actually ANTI-CHRIST.
The only thing the ARTICLE ABOVE has “right” is that Christianity is shrinking in the West. This is true. But it is NOT shrinking because it “adapted too slowly” to the sexually amoral culture; it is shrinking because it adapted at all. Nobody wants lukewarm soup, which is exactly what you get in an apostate church. The Holy Spirit moves in power when Jesus Christ is glorified. Because Jesus is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE, He is glorified when His Church speaks TRUTH—in LOVE.
Truth, Love, and the Spiritual Health of the Church
When truth is preached in love, the Holy Spirit moves in power: lives are transformed, people are healed, and God is glorified. This is what happened in the early Church, and this is how Christianity grows. However, when the Church compromises truth, God is not glorified, spiritual “dryness” follows, and miracles, healings, signs, and wonders become fewer—and then Christianity begins to shrink.
Malachi 3:6: “For I, the Lord, do not change; therefore you, the sons of Jacob, have not come to an end.
Hebrews 13:8: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
1 Samuel 15:29: Moreover, the Glory of Israel does not lie or change His mind, for He is not a man, that He should change His mind.
Parable of the Green Grass and Weeds
The Lord once showed me a parable of sorts regarding the modern “post-Christian” (antichrist) culture. Thick green grass keeps the weeds at bay. However, if drought comes and the grass dries up, bald spots in the lawn form, and then the weeds move in and take over. Green grass requires significant water and nourishment. In contrast, weeds can flourish in a very dry or harsh climate.
The Consequences of Spiritual Dryness

The Return of Pagan Powers
When Jesus CHRIST completed His work on the Cross two thousand years ago✝️, the “gods” and those like them were forced to retreat and go into hiding. But after the Church fell into apostasy, the weeds spread, and the unholy powers of darkness 😈 came back in to take control of the culture, which now openly rejects the God of the Bible.
In his book, The Return of the Gods, author Jonathan Cahn acknowledges the reality of the existence of unseen supernatural dark powers that in the past have been worshipped as gods. Cahn illustrates how this has proven to be true in regard to our modern culture: how the same gods of the ancient world are now manifesting themselves again in our world today. (Romans 1:18-32)

Apostasy is here now, but Christ is still calling people
The statistics do not lie: the prophesied apostasy in the Church is here now. MANY Christians no longer believe the Bible is the Word of God. Many openly celebrate homosexuality. A growing number of Christians claim there are “many paths to Heaven.” And, shockingly, some Christians no longer believe in the Resurrection.
As a result, the weeds have moved in. Our rapidly “post-Christian” world is in truth a revived pagan, antichrist culture—an old religion returning from the shadows as the Church falls into apostasy. Society is not progressing away from Christianity; it is regressing back to pagan values.
God Knows you and He Loves you
The apostles drove paganism aside by spreading the GOOD NEWS (GOSPEL) of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not come to condemn people; He came to save those who are broken and lost. Through the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit, Jesus changed the world. Even at this late hour, God calls His people to be world-changers.
- He knows what you need BEFORE you ask (Matthew 6:8)
- He knew you BEFORE you were born (Jeremiah 1:5)
- He is acquainted with all your ways—when you get up and when you lie down. Before there is a word on your tongue He knows what you are GOING to say (Psalm 139:1-6)
- He prepared good works for you to walk in before you were born (Ephesians 2:10)
- He has made plans for you—to prosper you and to grant you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11)
- He knows how many hairs you have on your head at any one time (Matthew 29:10)
- He knows all your thoughts (Psalm 94:11)
- He knows your hidden sins (Psalm 90:8)

Dear heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name we lift up all those who are struggling to reconcile their thoughts and desires with the gender of their birth. Kindly intervene and help each one know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made — that their lives have a purpose exactly as You created them to be. Stretch out Your hand to heal them, deliver them, and set them free!
Grant wisdom and discernment to parents, children, and churches, so that those who are letting the culture decide for them will instead turn to You. Raise up strong barriers to keep them from bringing greater harm to themselves or their children. Move in the hearts of young people so they JOYFULLY and THANKFULLY embrace their God-given gender.
Help Your church to respond with wisdom, compassion and love for those who are truly struggling with gender dysphoria. — ultimately bringing healing, deliverance, and freedom from pain and suffering. Let this be a great witness to Your Love and Compassion.
