Elisha

Tracing Elijah and Elisha’s crossings of the Jordan, this study uncovers a rich biblical pattern of “crossing over” water—Exodus, Joshua, Abraham, Passover, baptism, and resurrection—as a picture of salvation, spiritual warfare, and the believer’s journey from “Egypt” as a metaphor for sin toward the true Promised Land in Christ.
