The Lord Jesus Christ has placed Joel Chapters 1 and 2 on my heart this week. Joel was a prophet to the Southern Kingdom of Judah during the days of Israel’s divided kingdom c800BC. A prophet is one who gets messages from God and relays them to the people. Like other Old Testament prophets, Joel’s prophecy contains a message for his own day and also the “latter days” (end of days). Joel wrote his prophecy in what is called “apocalyptic language”, meaning that he used symbolism as a means to convey what would otherwise be unexplainable in human terms…the end of the age.
Joel 2:28 speaks of how both young and old, men and women would prophesy, see visions and dream dreams at the time of the “last days”. We’re seeing this now. Many people are getting dreams and visions from God. As God pours out His Holy Spirit, He will increasingly show great signs, wonders and visions during these Last Days. MANY people will see God’s glory and power and KNOW that Jesus Christ is Lord over all the earth! We understand that what happened on Pentecost was the BEGINNING of the prophesied Joel 2 outpouring of the Holy Spirit…….What is known as “The former rains”.
Acts 2:14: But Peter, taking his stand with the other eleven (disciples), raised his voice and declared to them: “Men of Judea and all you who live in Jerusalem, know this, and pay attention to my words. 15 For these people are not drunk, as you assume, since it is only the third hour of the day (9AM); 16 but this is what has been spoken through the prophet Joel:
17 ‘And it shall be in the last days,’ God says,
‘That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind;
And your sons and your daughters will prophesy,
And your young men will see visions,
And your old men will have dreams;18 And even on My male and female servants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days,
And they will prophesy.19 And I will display wonders in the sky above
And signs on the earth below,
Blood, fire, and vapor of smoke.20 The sun will be turned into darkness
And the moon into blood,
Before the great and glorious day of the Lord comes.
21 And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
The “Day of the Lord” is a phrase that is repeated twenty-six times in the Old Testament and five times in the New Testament. The phrase “Day of the Lord” describes the most concentrated time of trials, pain, suffering and mass death the world has, or ever will, experience (Matthew 24:21 – 22). Some people call this time the “Great Tribulation”. It will only last 3.5 years (aka: 42 months/time/times and half a time). It is our firm belief that God’s people, believers in Jesus Christ..will NOT be here for this terrible time. (Revelation 3:10, 1 Thessalonians 5:9, 1 Thessalonians 1:10, 1 Thessalonians 4:16). God has NOT destined His people to wrath (Bible believing, born again Christians who are found IN CHRIST). However, we will be here for this pre-wrath time, the time of the latter day outpouring of RAIN (Holy Spirit) that is prophesied to fall upon all people at the end of days.
In Joel Chapter 2, God declared that He is going to “bring the rain“. But what was occurring in Joel Chapter 1 during the days of the prophet that preceded this declaration?? Israel had been in SEVERE APOSTASY. They had fully embraced idolatry, greed, and sexual immorality. Israel (Judah) had broken the Covenant that they had entered into with God at Mt. Sinai. Centuries earlier, God had warned them that the final punishment for Covenant Breaking was exile. At the point when Joel wrote this prophetic book (c800BC), some of Israel had already been exiled and more was about to be. But..Joel’s prophecies were about MORE than what was occurring in his day.
- Joel’s prophecies were also about the time of the Apostles at Pentecost, the BEGINNING of the Church age.
- And….Joel’s prophecies are about the time we are in NOW….the CLOSE of the Church age, the end of the age.
In Joel Chapter 1, Joel details the repercussions for Israel’s apostasy and Covenant breaking. God had ALLOWED….The gnawing locusts, the swarming locusts, the creeping locusts, and the stripping locusts to DESTROY the crops and the land.
Joel 1:4: What the gnawing locust has left, the swarming locust has eaten;
And what the swarming locust has left, the creeping locust has eaten;
And what the creeping locust has left, the stripping locust has eaten.
Judah was primarily an agricultural society, so God is using agricultural METAPHORS (apocalyptic language) to speak spiritual truths into Judah (Israel). Because of Judah’s sin, God had allowed foreign invaders to eat away at her prosperity, at her FREEDOM.
Joel 1:6: For a nation has invaded My land,
Mighty and without number;
Its teeth are the teeth of a lion,
And it has the jaws of a lioness.7 It has made my vine a waste
And my fig tree a stump.
It has stripped them bare and hurled them away;
Their branches have become white
Israel is known as the FIG TREE nation. In the days of the prophet Joel, God had used the ancient nation of Babylon as His “Rod of correction” against His Covenant nation Judah (Israel). Babylon was the world-superpower of the day. Babylon was a powerful, merciless kingdom who stripped the land, took whatever it wanted, and cast the Israelites either into exile or slavery. Had the Israelites been warned? Yes, they had.
This is what God told the Israelites THROUGH MOSES centuries earlier as God prepared to lead them out of the wilderness and into the Promised Land.…
Deuteronomy 29: 24 Then all the other nations in the world will ask, “Why has Yahweh (God) done this to their land? Why is he so angry?”
25 The answer will be, “Because they abandoned the promise of Yahweh Elohim of their ancestors. He made this promise to them when he brought them out of Egypt. 26 They worshiped other gods and bowed down to them. These were gods they never heard of, gods Yahweh didn’t permit them to have. 27 So Yahweh became angry with this land and brought on it all the curses described in this book. 28 In his fierce anger and fury Yahweh uprooted these people from their land and deported them to another country, where they still are today.”
Israel did indeed sin against God over and over and over…commiting idolatry, sexual perversions, and even sacrificed their children to foreign gods. Because of this, and as prophesied by Moses….God allowed Judah to be taken over by the ruthless pagan nation….Babylon.
As prophesied centuries earlier, the Babylonian armies swarmed into the land like locusts, devouring everything in sight. God notes in Joel 1:7, that His Fig Tree (Israel) is a now a STUMP, His Vine (another metaphor for Israel) a waste. Israel and Jerusalem have been stripped bare and the people cast out. God instructs the priests and ministers of Israel to WAIL….Wail, weep, and take up a lamentation because the crops have been destroyed, stripped bare. There is now no crop left to offer a suitable sacrifice to YHWH their God.
Joel 1:13: Put on sackcloth (a garment for mourning)
And mourn, you priests;
Wail, you ministers of the altar!
Come, spend the night in sackcloth, (pray without ceasing)
You ministers of my God,
For the grain offering and the drink offering
Have been withheld from the house of your God.
Now…What does this have to do with “end-times”? At the end of days, another “Babylon” rises up to devour not only Israel but the entire earth. This Babylon isn’t limited to the nation of Babylon (Modern day Iraq), but rather it is titled MYSTERY BABYLON. This ruthless, antichrist kingdom will devour the entire world. This kingdom is a “3 legged stool” consisting of religion (One World religion), Political (New World Order) and Ecomomic (Global Digital Currency). This kingdom is HERE NOW, and is ALREADY in the process of devouring the entire earth.
Though it is not here “officially”, we can rest-assured, MYSTERY BABYLON is HERE NOW and is working diligently behind the scenes as the “shadow government”…to bring the entire world together under the “New World Order”.

Although some still say this is a “conspiracy theory”, it is confirmed by at least some politicians in some countries. While most citizens still believe that their Governments are sovereign, this is growing more and more unlikely. And still…the highest courts in the land refuse to challenge the results either out of fear or bribery. This is because the beast kingdom is rising up.
Daniel 7:23 – Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
As you look around and see the manmade global pandemic (bioweapon), a wicked demonic vaccine, lawless mandates, and governments of the world trampling on the rights of the people, you may be wondering…
Where is God? Why is He allowing all of this?
God is once again prepared to severely CHASTISE His people….Israel (Jew and Gentile, one in Messiah Jesus Christ). Like Israel in Joel’s day, the Church has slid head-long into apostasy. This was prophesied to happen in the New Testament which states that the APOSTASY (falling away from the truth) had to come before the “man of lawlessness” (antichrist) is revealed.
The apostasy had to come first…and it has.
2 Thessalonians 2: Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, regarding the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, 2 that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit, or a message, or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 3 No one is to deceive you in any way! For it (The day of the Lord) will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness (antichrist) is revealed, the son of destruction,
But why is God allowing this? We must understand that if the Church had “held the line“, this would not be happening. The Church is the world’s BEST line of defense against this kind of run-away evil. However, the Church has not held the line. The Church has slipped into the prophesied apostasy. The Church has invited all types of evil inside of her doors such as greed and idolatry (prosperity gospel) and sexual immorality including homosexuality. Some churches have even promoted “drag queen story hour” for the children! The Emergent Church, that has taken Catholicism and all protestant denominations by storm, has invited Eastern Religious practices that include “centering prayer” (divination), religious icons (idols), yoga, and even labyrinths into its worship centers. Because of this, many churches have embraced other religions as “many paths to God”.😱This is the wide road that leads to destruction, and many are on it. The Catholic Pope has prayed with Muslims and other religious leaders under the guise of “religious tolerance”…pretending that “we all worship the same “god”. No..We don’t. Which “god” are they praying to? This is IDOLATRY..the same issue that plagued Israel.
The Lord says “Be ashamed you farmers, you vine-dressers”. This can be thought of as a metaphor for those false mega Church preachers, those preachers who stand on a stage instead of an altar, hold a microphone, and teach the people to SIN.
Joel 1:11: Be ashamed, you farm workers,
Wail, you vinedressers,
For the wheat and the barley;
Because the harvest of the field is destroyed.
Because of all of this, and while most of us have been SLEEPING…a giant, GLOBAL “nation” with iron teeth has snuck into our lands seeking whom it may devour. For the most part, this “nation” (Mystery Babylon) is working behind the scenes and has not yet made “her” public appearance. But rest assured….”she” is here. Though her “clothing” is alluring to the vast majority of people, (woke/popular/deceptive), she is UGLY deep down to her core. She is the end of days whore (prostitute) of Babylon, with whom all of the nations of the world have fornicated.
Revelation 17:15: And he *said to me, “The waters which you saw where the prostitute (MYSTERY BABYLON) sits are peoples and multitudes, and nations and languages.18 The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth.
Revelation 18:3: For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her (COP26), and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”
Revelation 18:23: “And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee (Mystery Babylon); and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries (PHARMAKEA) were all nations deceived.”
Mystery Babylon has deceived ALL nations with her SORCERY (witchcraft). The Greek word for Sorcery/Witchcraft is PHARMAKEA. We get our English word “Pharmacy” from the Greek Word PHARMAKEA. Witchcraft is all about control by any means necessary…getting people to DO what you want them to DO. But NOW, what is “she” doing? She is no longer satisfied with simply infiltrating the Church…she is closing them down. In many countries, Churches have closed, or been severely restricted..all under the guise of the “Covid 19 Pandemic”. As it was with ancient Israel, so it is today. The “daily sacrifice” is being hindered. Public Praise and worship of YHWH is being thwarted. Canadian Pastors have been jailed for holding services. In China, the Church has been driven underground. Bible apps are being removed from phones. MYSTERY BABYLON is making sure that any Churches who desire to hold the line for Jesus will have to close.
Joel 1:12: The vine has dried up
And the fig tree has withered; (The Church (Spiritual Israel) is dried up. Very few miracles, works of the Holy Spirit)
The pomegranate, the palm also, and the apple tree,
All the trees of the field have dried up.
Indeed, joy has dried up
From the sons of mankind.
We are at a tipping point. The joy has dried up from the sons of mankind. Depression, anxiety, fear, worry is at an all-time high. People are losing their jobs. I saw tonight that in some places, nurses who refuse the vaccine are literally being replaced by “robot nurses”. They plan to mass-produce these Robot nurses by the end of 2021. which is NOW.
What can we do? Is it too late for us? Was it too late for ancient Israel? No! God tells us what to do in Joel Chapter 1…..

For the day of the Lord is coming;
Indeed, it is near,
If you see what we see…that this world is RAPIDLY marching headlong into the Tribulation, then you are AWAKE! 😲
- God tells His people to WAIL…Cry out to Jesus!
- Take up a Lamentation (expressing sorrow or grief) in prayer to the Lord.
- FAST…food or whatever you can give up, any “worldly delight”.
- Gather the elders and the people…in Church, in families, in study groups…and cry out to the Lord.
- Put on sackcloth (spiritually a symbol of repentance/turning from sin, humility and mourning)….
- Pray without ceasing..Constantly being in prayer to the Lord, asking Jesus to HELP US!
- Blow a Trumpet in Zion and sound an alarm! Tell others what you see. Don’t hold back. Let them know that the Tribulation is coming..and we NEED JESUS!
Thankfully Joel 1 is not the end, it’s only the beginning because Joel 2 is coming!
Joel 2:13: And tear your heart and not merely your garments.”
Now return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and compassionate,
Slow to anger, abounding in mercy
And relenting of catastrophe.14 Who knows, He might turn and relent,
And leave a blessing behind Him,
Resulting in a grain offering and a drink offering
For the Lord your God.
God hears our prayers. He sees our tears. When we RETURN to HIM…He will return to us!
Joel 2:17: Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers,
Weep between the porch and the altar,
And let them say, “Spare Your people, Lord,
And do not make Your inheritance a disgrace,
With the nations jeering at them.
Why should those among the peoples say,
‘Where is their God?’”
God responds to sincere repentance, humility, and prayer. He is compassionate and Gracious to His Covenant people, relenting from anger and bringing a blessing instead. The Lord promises to…Have compassion for His people!
Joel 2:18: Then the Lord will be zealous for His land,
And will have compassion for His people.
19 The Lord will answer and say to His people,
“Behold, I am going to send you grain, new wine, and oil,
And you will be satisfied in full with them;
And I will never again make you a disgrace among the nations.
Although the Church has slid into apostasy, if we CRY OUT TO JESUS…He will rebuke the devourer. That creeping, gnawing, and swarming locust (Mystery Babylon) has caused the grain, new wine, and oil to DRY UP (spiritually representing the Holy Spirit). But God has a plan. He will respond to our prayers, our fasting, our repentance…and He is going to send NEW WINE, and NEW OIL, and NEW GRAIN!
The Lord is preparing to do a NEW THING.…Can you feel it? It is always darkest before the dawn. God has a harvest to prepare, and He is NOT going to allow satan to destroy His harvest. The sun and the moon will be darkened. There will be blood and fire and vapors of smoke…..potentially major volcanic eruptions…BEFORE the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord.

And I was almost in fear and trembling as I beheld the sight before me. And at that moment, as the earth came into view, it began to lightning and thunder. “

Slowly this great giant began to rise – and as he did, his head and hands went into the clouds. As he arose to his feet he seemed to have cleansed himself from the debris and filth that was upon him, and he began to raise his hands into the heavens as though praising the Lord.”

As I watched this phenomena, it was so great, I could not even begin to understand what it all meant. And from the clouds, suddenly, there came great drops of liquid light raining down upon the mighty giant, and slowly, slowly, this giant began to melt; began to sink, as it were, into the very earth itself. And as he melted, his whole form seemed to have melted upon the face of the earth. And this great rain began to come down; liquid drops of light, as it were, began to flood the very earth itself. And as I watched this giant that seemed to melt, suddenly it became millions of people over the face of the earth.”
“As I beheld the sight before me, people stood up all over the world. They were lifting their hands and they were praising the Lord. 🙌🏻 At that very moment there came a great thunder that seemed to roar from the heavens. I turned my eyes toward the heavens and suddenly I saw a figure in white – glistening white – the most glorious thing I have ever seen in all my life. I did not see the face, but somehow I knew that it was the Lord Jesus Christ. ✝️And as He stretched forth His hand – as He did – He would stretch forth His hand upon the peoples and the nations of the world, men and women. As He pointed towards them, this liquid light seemed to flow from His hand into this person and a mighty anointing of God came upon them. And those people began to go forth in the Name of the Lord. I do not know how long I watched. It seemed it went into days and weeks and months, and I beheld Christ as He continued to stretch forth His hand.”
“But there was a tragedy. There were many people, as He stretched forth His hand, that refused the anointing of God, and the call of God. I saw men and women that I knew, people that I felt that certainly they would receive the call of God, but as He stretched forth His hand toward this one, and toward that one, they simply bowed their heads and began to back away. And to each of those who seemed to bow down and back away, they seemed to go into darkness. Blackness seemed to swallow them everywhere. I was bewildered as I watched it.”
“But these people that He had anointed – hundreds of thousands of people all over the world – in Africa, Asia, Russia, China, America – all over the world – the anointing of God was upon these people as they went forth in the Name of the Lord. I saw these men and women as they went forth. They were ditch diggers; they were washerwomen; they were rich men; they were poor men. I saw people who were bound with paralysis and sickness, and blindness and deafness. As the Lord stretched forth His hand to give them the anointing, they became well; they became healed, and they went forth. And this is the miracle of it. This is the glorious miracle of it; those people would stretch forth their hand exactly as the Lord did, and it seemed that there was this same liquid fire that seemed to be in their hand; as they stretched forth their hand they said, ‘According to my word, be thou made whole.’ “
“As these people continued in this mighty end-time ministry, I did not fully realize what it was. And I looked to the Lord and said, ‘What is the meaning of this?’ And He said, ‘This is that, that I will do in the last days. I will restore all that the cankerworm, the palmerworm, the caterpillar – I will restore all that they have destroyed. ‘This, My people in the end-time, shall go forth; as a mighty army they will sweep over the face of the earth.’ As I was at a great height, I watched these people as they were going to and fro over the face of the earth. Suddenly there was a man in Africa, and in a moment he was transported in the Spirit of God, and perhaps he was in Russia, or China, or America, or some other place, and vice versa; all over the world these people went. And they came through fire and through pestilence and through famine. Neither fire nor persecution – nothing seemed to stop them.”
“Angry mobs came to them with swords and with guns, and like Jesus, they passed through the multitude and they could not find them. But they went forth in the Name of the Lord, and everywhere they stretched forth their hand the sick were healed, the blind eyes were opened. There was no long prayer. And one of the things that seemed – after I had reviewed the vision so many times in my mind; and I thought about it so many times – I never saw a church, and I never saw or heard a denomination; but these people were going in the Name of the Lord of hosts. Hallelujah! As they marched forward, everything they did as the ministry of Christ, in the end-time. These people were ministering to the multitudes over the face of the earth. Tens of thousands, even millions, seemed to come to the Lord Jesus Christ as these people stood forth and gave the message of the Kingdom – of a coming Kingdom – in this last hour. It was so glorious. God is going to give to the world a demonstration in this last hour such as the world has never known. These men and women are of all walks of life. Degrees will mean nothing. I saw these workers as they were going forth over the face of the earth. When one would seem to stumble and fall another would come and pick them up. There was no big ‘I’ and little ‘You’, but every mountain was brought low and every valley was exalted, and they seemed to have one thing in common; there was divine love that seemed to flow forth from these people as they went together, as they worked together, as they lived together. It was the most glorious thing that I have ever known. Jesus Christ was the theme of their life. “
“As I watched from the very heaven itself, there were times when great deluges of this liquid light seemed to fall upon great congregations. And that congregation would lift their hands and seemingly praise God for hours and even days as the Spirit of God came upon them. God said, ‘I will pour My Spirit upon all flesh,’ and that is exactly the thing that God was doing; and to every man and to every woman that received this power and the anointing of God; the miracles of God – there was no ending to it. And then again, as these people were going about the face of the earth, a great persecution seemed to come from every end of the earth.”
“Suddenly, there was another loud clap of thunder that seemed to resound around the world, and I heard, again, the voice. The voice seemed to speak, ‘Now this is My people, this is My beloved bride.’ 👰🏻 And when the voice spoke, I looked upon the earth and I could see the lakes and the mountains. The graves were opened and people from all over the world; the saints of all ages seemed to be rising. As they rose from the graves, suddenly, all these people came from every direction, and they seemed to be forming again, this gigantic body. As the dead in Christ seemed to be rising first, I could hardly comprehend it. It was so marvelous; it was far beyond anything I could ever dream or think of. But, as the body suddenly began to form and take shape again, it took shape again in the form of this mighty giant. But this time it was different. It was arrayed in the most beautiful, gorgeous white. It’s garments were without spot or wrinkle as the body began to form. And the people of all ages seemed to be gathering into this body, and slowly, slowly, as it began to form up into the heavens, suddenly from the heavens above, the Lord Jesus came – became the Head. And I heard another clap of thunder that said, ‘This is My beloved Bride in who I have waited. She will come forth, even tried by fire. This is she that I have loved from the beginning of time.’ 💕💕💕”
“As I watched, my eyes suddenly turned to the far north and I saw – seemingly destruction – men and women in anguish and crying out, and buildings in destruction. Then I heard again the fourth voice that said, ‘Now is My wrath being poured forth upon the face of the earth.’ From the ends of the whole world the wrath of God seemed to be poured out and it seemed that there were great vials of God’s wrath being poured out upon the face of the earth. I can remember it as though it happened a moment ago. I shook and trembled as I beheld the awful sight of seeing cities, and whole nations, going down to destruction.”
“I could hear the weeping and the wailing. I could hear people crying. 😭They seemed to cry as they went into caves, but the caves and the mountains opened up. They leaped into water, but the water would not drown them. There was nothing that seemingly could destroy them. They were wanting to take their life but they could not take it. (5th Trumpet).”
“Then again, I turned my eyes unto the Body, arrayed in the beautiful white garment. Slowly, slowly, it began to rise from the earth. As it did, I awoke. I had seen the end-time ministry; the last hour. Again on July 27, at 2.20 in the morning, the same revelation; the same vision, came exactly as it did before.”
